1st Class--January 28th to March 6th

2nd Class--March 25th to May 1st

3rd Class--May 20th to June 26th

4th Class--July 15th to August 28th

No Class 7/29, 7/30, & 7/31

5th Class--September 16th to October 23rd

6th Class--November 11th to December 18th

No Class 11/25, 11/26, & 11/27

Class will be 11/22, 11/23, & 11/24

 

 

 

GET STARTED!

  • Bring photo ID and copy of current immunization record
  • Complete entrance test with a 75% score or higher ( Entrance test will be waived if 1st year of college is complete, we need transcript or grades to verify class attendance.)
  • ​Total tuition is 1800.00. Cashier Check or Money order of $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold seat .  
  • If deposit has been paid,  $1300.00 is due 2 weeks before class starts.
  • If any other payment has been arranged, all payments are due 2 weeks before class starts.  
  • If eligible, ​a student that does not make full payment within the 4 week period, the balance remaining can only be advanced to 1 schedule class if there is a 2 week notice given.  If the 2 week notice is not given, all monies will be forfeited.  If the student decides to withdraw from class after tuition has been paid, there will be no REFUND.  Student can have someone take their place or reschedule to the next schedule class..  If student cannot find someone to take their place or cannot attend the next schedule class, all monies will be forfeited.
  • Start JD Palantine urine drug screen ($38.00)
  • State of Alaska Background Background check (BCU)---Department of Social Services 4601Business Park Blvd Building K; (Tel) 334-4475
    (Fees vary)                                    
  • Get Copy of 2 Fingerprints and 1 passport photo picture (Submit 1 finger print card to BCU and bring 1 finger print card  & pass port photo to the first day of class
  • Tuberculin skin test within the past 12 months or documentation as a previous positive reactor
  • ​Proof of Rubella and Rubeola immunity by positive antibody titers or 2 doses of MMR
  • ​Varicella immunity, by positive history of chickenpox or proof of Varicella immunization
  • Proof of Hepatitis B immunization or declination of vaccine, if patient contact is anticipated.
  • Proof of Influenza vaccination during the Flu season, (10/01 to 03/31defined by CDC ), or a signed Declination Form.
  • Basic Life Support Card/ CPR card
  • Uniform policy: Navy blue scrubs, black shoes and watch with second hand
  • On first day of class have First assignment complete—Please see Syllabus
  • Get copy of Syllabus, Get copy of Grievance policy​ and Class book handed out
